The workspace switches to that plan without requiring checkout.

Step 5: Complete Checkout

Paid plan checkout is handled through an embedded Paddle checkout.

Enter the required payment information and complete the purchase. After checkout succeeds, your workspace profile refreshes and the features included with the new plan become available.

Step 6: Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel a paid subscription, click Cancel at the bottom of the subscription card.

A confirmation dialog warns that cancelling will remove access to the features associated with your subscription.

Confirming the action moves the workspace back to the free plan.

How Subscription Plans Control Features

Your plan contains feature permissions that determine which premium capabilities are available throughout Timetics AI.

Feature

Where You See It

Deposit

Deposit Booking card on the Pricing tab

Recurring

Recurring card on the Pricing tab

Coupon Management

Apply Coupon toggle and Coupons settings page

Consultation Type

Add Consultation Type option

Meeting Limit

Limit card on the Availability tab

Booking Timeframe

Booking Timeframe card on the Availability tab

Group Booking

Advanced Settings

Booking Questions

Advanced Settings

Booking Rescheduling

Booking reschedule actions

Booking Cancellation

Booking cancellation actions

Basic Reporting

Analytics dashboard stat cards

Advanced Analytics

Analytics charts and tables

Custom Branding

Hide Timetics Branding setting

Page Builder

Customize Home Page and Customize Booking Page

Custom Domain

Custom Domain settings

White Labelling

White Labelling settings

Webhooks

Webhooks settings

SMTP

SMTP configuration

Custom SMS

SMS configuration

Stripe, PayPal and bKash

Payment integration cards

Zoom and Apple Calendar

Integration cards

CRM Integrations

Supported CRM integration cards

What Happens When You Cancel or Downgrade?

Subscription plans control features rather than access to your workspace. Cancelling a paid plan does not lock you out of Timetics AI.

Your existing calendars, bookings and availability remain available. Features that require the paid plan stop being available.

For example, a calendar configured for Deposit Booking stops offering deposits when the workspace no longer has access to that feature, and advanced Analytics panels disappear when the required analytics feature is unavailable.

Downgrading also does not automatically delete content created with paid features. For example, a page created with the Page Builder can remain published, but you cannot edit it until your workspace is again on a plan that includes Page Builder.

Subscription Permissions

Permission

What It Allows

billing.read

View the Subscription page and plan information

billing.update

Change the workspace subscription plan

If your role has
billing.read
but not
billing.update
, you can view subscription information, but the plan selection controls are disabled.

How Plan Restrictions Are Enforced

Feature restrictions are checked in both the interface and the API.

If a feature is not included in your plan, Timetics AI can display a lock or upgrade prompt in the interface. The server also checks the plan before allowing the corresponding action.

This means a restricted feature cannot be enabled simply by bypassing its locked control in the interface.

Agency-Managed Workspaces

Subscription management works differently for workspaces provisioned by an agency.

The Subscription page is hidden for these workspaces because the plan is controlled through the agency agreement rather than purchased directly from the workspace.

Prerequisites

billing.read
permission to view the Subscription page

billing.update
permission to change plans

A workspace that is not managed by an agency

Important Notes

Cancellation is immediate. Cancelling does not schedule a downgrade for the end of the billing period.
