Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access the Agency Area
Navigate to Dashboard → Agency. This section is available to accounts that have been enabled as agency accounts.
Step 2: Review Available Packages
Open the agency packages view to see the available workspace packages. Each package shows the package name, description, price, and workspace limit. Choose the package that fits the number of client workspaces you want to manage.
Step 3: Purchase Workspace Slots
Select one or more packages and complete the checkout flow. Timetics AI creates or updates an agency contract and adds the purchased workspace capacity to that contract. The purchased slots are then available for creating or assigning workspaces.
Step 4: Create or Assign a Workspace
From the Agency dashboard, you can either:
- Create a new user and create a personal workspace plus a named agency-linked workspace for them, or
- Create a new workspace for an existing user using an available package slot.
When a workspace is created through the agency flow, it is linked to the agency contract and consumes one available slot from the selected package batch.
Step 5: Claim an Existing Workspace
If a workspace already exists and you want to manage it through your agency account, use the claim flow. Enter the workspace handle and select a package batch with available capacity. Timetics AI links the workspace to your agency contract and consumes one slot from the selected package batch.
Step 6: Manage Assigned Workspaces
After workspaces are assigned, open the agency workspace list to review them. You can view workspace details, switch the primary workspace for your own account, and unclaim a workspace if you no longer want it attached to the agency contract.
Key Functionality
The Agency Account System lets one agency account purchase workspace capacity and distribute it across multiple client or team workspaces. It supports package-based workspace limits, workspace creation for new users, workspace creation for existing users, claiming existing workspaces by handle, and workspace management from a single agency dashboard. Agency workspaces are tied to the active contract, so available capacity is controlled by the purchased package slots.
Prerequisites
- Active Timetics AI account
- Agency account enabled for the user
- At least one active agency package or contract with available workspace slots
- Access to the Agency section in the dashboard
Notes
Each package batch has a specific workspace limit and remaining capacity. If all slots are used, new workspace creation or claiming will be blocked until more capacity is added. New users created through the agency flow receive a personal workspace that is not linked to the agency contract, plus a named workspace that is linked to the agency contract. The primary workspace can be changed by the agency owner, which updates the account’s default workspace for day-to-day use.
