What Is Buffer Time?
Buffer Time is extra time added before or after a booking to prevent back-to-back appointments. It gives you time to prepare, clean up, take breaks, or handle other tasks between bookings.
When you enable Buffer Time, Timetics automatically blocks the selected time before and/or after each booking, making it unavailable for other bookings.
Why Is Buffer Time Important?
- Prevents bookings from being scheduled too close together.
- Gives staff time to prepare before a meeting or service.
- Allows rest or cleanup time after an appointment.
- Helps manage schedules more efficiently.
