How Do I Put My Own Branding on Timetics AI?

What is White Labelling?

White Labelling lets you put your own brand on the booking pages your customers see. Instead of your booking page looking like a Timetics AI page, it shows your business name in the browser tab, your logo on the page, your icon in the tab, and links to your own terms and privacy pages. Same Timetics AI underneath, your brand on the outside.

Why do you need this?

Your customers should feel like they are booking with you, not with some tool you happen to use. When your name and logo are on the page, the booking step looks like a natural part of your website instead of a handoff to a stranger, which builds trust and cuts down on people dropping off. It also keeps your legal links pointing at your own terms and privacy policy, so the fine print matches your business. If you are an agency or reseller booking on behalf of clients, this is what lets you hand over a booking page that carries their brand and not ours.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access White Labelling

Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → White Labelling. The page lets you customise how your public booking pages look to your customers: the name in the browser tab, your logo, your favicon, and the legal links shown in the booking form.

Step 2: Set Your Brand Title

In the “Brand Title” field, type the name you want to appear in place of “Timetics” (for example, `My Company`). This name replaces “Timetics” in the browser tab title and in the link preview when someone shares your booking page on social media or messaging apps.

Step 3: Upload Your Branding Logo

Click “Choose File” under “Branding Logo” and pick your logo. It appears on your public booking page in the bottom-left corner, in place of the Timetics mark.

  • Max size: 100KB
  • Recommended formats: PNG, JPG or WEBP
  • Best shape: a wide logo works best, since it renders roughly 80×20 pixels

Step 4: Upload Your Favicon

Click “Choose File” under “Favicon” and pick the small square icon you want in the browser tab. Same 100KB limit, same recommended formats. A square image (32×32 or 64×64) gives the cleanest result.

Step 5: Add Your Terms and Privacy Links

Fill in “Terms & Conditions URL” and “Privacy Policy URL” with links to your own pages (for example, `https://example.com/terms`). These appear in the booking form under “By proceeding, you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy”. If you leave them blank, the links point to the default Timetics AI pages. You can type a bare domain and Timetics AI adds `https://` for you.

Step 6: Save

Click “Save Changes”. The button stays disabled until you change something. Your text settings save first, then your images upload one at a time. A “White labelling saved” message confirms it worked.

Step 7: Replace or Remove an Image (Optional)

Once a logo or favicon is set, its thumbnail shows on the page with a “Remove” button. Click “Remove” to delete it right away, no save needed. To swap an image, click “Replace”, pick the new file, and save. The old file is deleted automatically.

Key Functionality

Once your branding is set, every public booking page in your workspace picks it up: the browser tab shows your favicon, the tab title reads `Book with {Name} | {Your Brand Title}`, link previews use your brand name, your logo replaces the Timetics mark at the bottom of the booking page, and the booking form links to your own terms and privacy pages. Your admin dashboard keeps the normal Timetics look; white labelling only affects what your customers see.

Removing the Timetics Badge Completely

Uploading a branding logo swaps the Timetics mark for yours, but the badge area stays. To hide it entirely, go to Settings → Appearance and turn on “Hide Timetics Branding”. That switch is gated by your plan; if your plan does not include Custom Branding, the switch shows as locked and you need to upgrade.

What Goes Where?

SettingWhere your customers see it
Brand TitleBrowser tab title, social link previews
Branding LogoBottom-left badge on the booking page
FaviconBrowser tab icon
Terms & Conditions URL“Terms” link in the booking form
Privacy Policy URL“Privacy Policy” link in the booking form

Prerequisites

  • Active Timetics AI account
  • Permission to change workspace settings (owner or a role with settings access)
  • Your logo and favicon files, each under 100KB
  • For hiding the Timetics badge: a plan that includes Custom Branding

Notes

Brand Title, logo, favicon and legal links are available on every plan. Only the “Hide Timetics Branding” switch on the Appearance page depends on your plan. Public booking pages are cached for about 10 seconds, so give it a moment and refresh if you don’t see your changes right away. The file picker lists `.svg` and `.ico` among the allowed types, but uploads of those formats are currently rejected. Stick to PNG, JPG or WEBP. If a file is over 100KB, the upload fails with a size message while your text settings still save. Shrink the image and upload it again. Your brand color and profile image live on a separate page: Settings → Appearance. White labelling and custom domains also pair well together, since a custom domain serves your booking page on your own address while white labelling handles the look inside it.
