Overview
Timetics AI allows you to collect payments manually using the Pay On-Site integration. This is the perfect solution for businesses in Bangladesh that want to accept payments through bKash Personal, Nagad, Rocket, Direct Bank Transfer, or any other manual payment method.
Instead of processing payments through an online payment gateway, Timetics AI lets you display your payment instructions to customers during booking. After completing the payment, customers submit their payment details (such as Transaction ID, sender number, or bank reference), and you can manually verify the payment before approving the booking.
This method works with any manual payment system, making it ideal for freelancers, consultants, coaches, doctors, agencies, and businesses that collect payments outside of automated payment gateways.
How It Works
The manual payment flow in Timetics AI is simple:
- Enable the Pay On-Site integration.
- Add a Custom Payment question to your meeting.
- Show customers your payment instructions.
- Customers complete the payment using their preferred payment method.
- Customers submit their payment information.
- You verify the payment from your dashboard.
- Approve the booking.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
- An active Timetics AI workspace.
- The Pay On-Site integration enabled.
- At least one meeting with a payment amount.
- Your preferred payment method ready (bKash Personal, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Account, etc.).
Step 1: Enable Pay On-Site
Navigate to Dashboard → Integrations. Scroll down and find Pay On-Site. Click Connect. Configure the integration:
Payment Name: This title is displayed before customers confirm their booking.
Example: Payment
Instructions: This message is displayed before customers confirm their booking.
Example: Please make sure that you have completed the payment before clicking on Confirm Booking.
Auto Confirm Booking
For manual payment methods, we recommend keeping this Disabled. This allows you to verify the payment first before confirming the booking and sending meeting details to your customer.
Finally, click Connect.
Step 2: Add Manual Payment to Your Meeting
Go to Manage Calendar → Select your Meeting → Edit. Open Advanced Settings. Click Add Question.
Choose the question type: Custom Payment
This allows you to create one or multiple manual payment options.
Step 3: Create Your Payment Options
First, enter the payment label.
Example: Payment
Now click Add Payment Option. You can create as many payment methods as you need.
Examples:
- bKash Personal
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Bank Transfer

Instructions
Example: Send the payment to 01XXXXXXXXX using your bKash Personal account. After completing the payment, enter your bKash Number and Transaction ID below.
Guest Input Fields
Create the required fields such as:
- bKash Number
- Transaction ID
Enable Required for these fields so customers cannot continue without submitting their payment information.
After configuring your payment methods and input fields, click Save. Your meeting is now ready to accept manual payments.
Customer Booking Flow
Here’s how the booking process works for your customers.
- The customer opens your booking page.
- They choose a date and time.
- They enter their booking information.
- They select their preferred payment method.
- Timetics AI displays the payment instructions for the selected method.
- The customer completes the payment.
- They enter the requested payment details (Transaction ID, sender number, bank reference, etc.).
- They click Continue Booking.
- They select Pay On-Site as the payment method.
- They click Confirm Booking.
The booking is now created. If Auto Confirm Booking is disabled, the booking will remain Pending until you manually approve it.
Verifying Payments
Go to your Timetics AI Dashboard. Open the booking. You’ll find all the payment information submitted by the customer. Verify the payment using your payment provider.
For example:
- Check your bKash transaction history.
- Verify the Nagad payment.
- Confirm the Rocket transaction.
- Match the Bank Transfer reference.
Once you’ve confirmed the payment, approve the booking. The customer will then receive their booking confirmation and meeting details.
Why Use Pay On-Site?
Pay On-Site is ideal when:
- You don’t have a payment gateway.
- You use a Personal bKash account.
- You want to accept Nagad or Rocket payments.
- You prefer direct bank transfers.
- You need manual payment verification before confirming bookings.
Important Notes
- Pay On-Site does not process payments automatically.
- Timetics AI does not communicate with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank for the manual payments.
- Customers complete the payment outside of Timetics AI.
- Timetics AI simply collects the payment information you request from the customers and helps you manage the manual verification process.
- You are responsible for verifying every payment before approving the booking.
This flexible approach allows you to accept any manual payment method supported in your country while keeping full control over payment verification and booking approval.
