Integrating bKash Merchant with Timetics AI allows you to automatically collect payments for paid bookings directly into your bKash Merchant account. Once connected, customers can securely complete payments through the official bKash checkout without any manual intervention.
Requirements
Before connecting bKash with Timetics AI, make sure you have:
- An active Timetics AI account with a plan that supports the bKash integration.
- A bKash Merchant Account with Tokenized Checkout enabled.
- Your bKash API credentials:
- Username
- Password
- App Key
- App Secret
Don’t have a bKash Merchant Account?
You’ll need to create one first. Contact your nearest bKash Customer Care or the bKash Merchant Team with your Trade License and any other required business documents. Once your merchant account is approved, bKash will provide access to the Merchant Portal where you’ll receive your Username, Password, App Key, and App Secret.
Note: Merchant account creation and API credential issuance are fully managed by bKash. If you need assistance, please contact the bKash Support Team or your bKash Account Manager.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Connect Your bKash Merchant
Go to Dashboard → Integrations, find bKash under the Payment Integrations section, and click Connect.
Step 2: Enter Your API Credentials
Log in to your bKash Merchant Portal and collect your:
- Username
- Password
- App Key
- App Secret
Paste the credentials into the connection popup and click Connect.
Step 3: Test the Integration
Once connected, create a paid booking in Timetics AI and complete the payment using bKash.
If the payment is completed successfully and the booking is automatically marked as Paid, your integration is working correctly.
Disconnect
If you want to remove the integration:
- Open the Details page.
- Click Disconnect.
Your stored credentials will be removed, and bKash will no longer appear as a payment option for future bookings.
How It Works
After connecting your bKash Merchant account, bKash becomes available as a payment method for all paid bookings. When a customer selects bKash during checkout, Timetics AI securely redirects them to the official bKash payment page.
After the payment is completed, Timetics AI automatically verifies the transaction and marks the booking as Paid. If the payment is cancelled or fails, the booking remains unpaid and the customer is redirected accordingly.
Notes
- All four credentials (Username, Password, App Key, and App Secret) are required.
- bKash primarily supports BDT, so make sure your booking currency is supported by your Merchant Account.
- Customers should complete the payment without closing the browser until they’re redirected back to Timetics AI.
- API credentials, Merchant account approval, Sandbox access, and Live API activation are entirely managed by bKash.
