What is My Bookings?
My Bookings is the list of appointments you have booked as a guest using the email address connected to your Timetics AI account.
Go to Dashboard → My Bookings to see your appointments in either a list or calendar view.
While Manage Bookings shows appointments your workspace hosts, My Bookings shows appointments where you are the attendee.
Think of it this way: Manage Bookings answers “Who is coming to see me?”, while My Bookings answers “Where do I need to be?”
Why Do You Need It?
- Keep your own appointments separate: Bookings you make with other hosts stay separate from the appointments you manage as a host.
- See your personal schedule: Quickly check upcoming, past, and cancelled appointments.
- Reschedule when needed: Open the host’s public rescheduling flow and choose another available time.
- Cancel your attendance: Cancel your own booking through the same cancellation flow available to regular guests.
- Review booking details: See the host, location, time, status, and payment information for each appointment.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open My Bookings
Go to Dashboard → My Bookings.
The page shows appointments associated with the email address on your signed-in account.
Step 2: Choose a Layout
Use the layout toggle to switch between List and Calendar views.
| Layout | Description |
|---|---|
| List | A paginated table of your bookings grouped by date |
| Calendar | A visual Month, Week, or Day view of your bookings |
Your My Bookings layout preference is remembered separately from your Manage Bookings preference. This means you can use List view on one page and Calendar view on the other.
Calendar view does not use pagination. It loads the bookings that fall within the currently visible date range.
Step 3: Filter Your Bookings
Use the filter controls to narrow the appointments shown on the page.
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| State | All, Upcoming, Past, Cancelled |
| Type | One-to-One, Service Based |
| Sort | Newest, Oldest |
The date group headings follow your selected sort order, so the headings and booking rows stay consistent.
Step 4: Read the Booking Table
The table uses the same main columns as Manage Bookings.
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Booking Info | Booking time range and calendar title |
| Location | Location type, icon, and actual location value |
| Guest Info | Guest name and email address |
| Host / Provider Info | Name and email address of the person hosting the appointment |
| Status | The current booking status shown as a coloured badge |
On My Bookings, you are usually the guest and the other person is the host. Keep this in mind when reading the Guest Info and Host / Provider Info columns.
Step 5: Use the Booking Actions
Open the three-dot menu on a booking row to see the available actions.
| Action | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Details | Opens the complete booking detail page |
| Reschedule | Opens the host’s public rescheduling page in a new tab |
| Cancel | Cancels your booking through the public cancellation flow |
| Send Reminder | Sends the reminder email for the booking |
The Cancel action is hidden when a booking has already been cancelled.
When you choose Reschedule, the existing booking is loaded into the host’s public rescheduling page. You then choose another available slot just like a regular guest.
Step 6: Open the Booking Detail Page
Choose Details to open the booking at:
/admin/my-bookings/{uuid}
The detail page shows:
- Booking ID
- Booking type
- Calendar title
- Complete booking summary
- Payment totals
- Booking status
- Location information
- Host and guest information
The available actions include Reschedule, Send Reminder, and the applicable cancellation action.
Rescheduling from the detail page opens the same public rescheduling flow in a new tab.
Key Functionality
Rescheduling Uses the Public Booking Flow
Choosing Reschedule opens a URL in this format:
/{host username}/{calendar slug}/reschedule/{booking uuid}
The page opens in a new tab with your existing booking already loaded.
Because rescheduling goes through the host’s public flow, the host’s rescheduling window, minimum notice, availability, and approval settings continue to apply.
Rescheduling Is Not Plan-Gated Here
On My Bookings, rescheduling goes directly to the public guest flow because you are acting as the attendee.
This differs from host-side booking management, where Booking Rescheduling may depend on the workspace plan.
Cancellation Uses the Public Cancellation Flow
Cancelling from My Bookings works the same way as cancelling through the link in your booking confirmation email.
Once the booking is cancelled, the host is notified through their normal cancellation notifications.
Empty States Follow Your Filters
The message shown when there are no bookings changes according to the active filter.
For example, selecting Past when you have no previous appointments displays No past bookings rather than a generic empty-state message.
My Bookings vs Manage Bookings
| Feature | My Bookings | Manage Bookings |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Appointments you attend as a guest | Appointments your workspace hosts |
| List view | Yes | Yes |
| Calendar view | Yes | Yes |
| Reschedule as guest | Yes | No |
| Cancel attendance | Yes | Host-side cancellation |
| Approve booking | No | Yes, for eligible pending bookings |
| Mark as Paid | No | Yes, when applicable |
| Export | No | Yes |
Prerequisites
- A signed-in Timetics AI account
- The booking must use the email address associated with your account to appear in My Bookings
- For rescheduling, the host’s calendar must have rescheduling enabled
- You must be within the host’s allowed rescheduling notice window
Important Notes
- My Bookings and Manage Bookings are different lists. If an appointment is missing here, check Manage Bookings. You may be its host rather than its guest.
- Bookings made with another email may not appear. My Bookings is matched against the email address associated with your account.
- There is no Export button. Booking exports are available from Manage Bookings.
- There is no Mark as Paid action. Recording payments is a host-side action.
- There is no Approve action for guest bookings. Booking approval belongs to the host.
- A rescheduled booking may become Pending. If the host requires approval after rescheduling, the booking remains Pending until approved.
- Reschedule opens in a new tab. If nothing happens, check whether your browser is blocking popups.
- Calendar view has no pagination. Moving between months, weeks, or days loads bookings for the newly visible date range.
